Saw this at the gym, thought you’d like to know!
Pretty damn sure my yoga sessions in a half hour burn more the 121 calories….also this takes into consideration nothing….not age, sex, height, weight, body type…..sooo this is saying between me and the girl next to me who both weigh 140 pounds will burn 121 calories? ummmm if I know anything about yoga (which I know alot about yoga) it is that every persons practice is different, and you put into it as much as you want, you modify as needed, you take breaks as needed, it is not a competition to see how many calories you can burn, its about being good to your body, doing yoga and burning calories is just a bonus.
Last thing i wanna say, this doesn’t determine if the person is 140 pounds of muscle or fat….it makes a difference people.
Please don’t delete this….people need to see the reality and not just read a chart at the gym.
